To prevent the spread of Covid-19, and protect our employees and customers, we have established a strict set of guidelines and policies.
Please keep in mind that these are incredibly challenging times for running a business. Our employees are instructed to stay home if they are feeling unwell. This may leave us short staffed at times, and your appointment may be subject to change, without much notice.
We are open for our regular grooming services and in store shopping!
After being closed for almost 2 months, we are dealing with high call volumes, so please be patient with us! If you're looking to book an appointment, please email us at , and we will add you to our booking waiting list.

Grooming Appointment Procedures:
We require that you fill out this form prior to your appointment: Grooming Waiver and Covid-19 Pre-screening Health Form. If you answer yes to any of the questions in the Health form, please contact us to cancel your appointment. If your appointment is for a nail trim only, you do not need to fill this form out.
To limit traffic in our store, please adhere to the following:

We ask that you wear a face mask covering your nose and mouth.
Please try to keep a distance of 2 metres from all staff and other clients.
Please have your pet on a collar and leash, no harnesses please.
